It started out good, but they aren't big on promotions from within.

Corporate doesn't care about their employees work life, only the stores sales.

    Advice to Management

Say "thank you" once in a while. A little acknowledgement goes a long way.

    Pros

    Hours and Benefits are great.

    Cons

Does not promote the most knowledgeable and experienced leaders from within. Promotional opportunities are based on a certain, specific mold and criteria not having much to do with the business modules and goal plans. Full credit is given to those who put on the "best show", instead of the ones who actually put in the best work.

    Advice to Management

Business knowledge, great work ethic, and experience should be considered when promoting into higher leadership.
