Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Hours and Benefits are great.

Cons

Does not promote the most knowledgeable and experienced leaders from within. Promotional opportunities are based on a certain, specific mold and criteria not having much to do with the business modules and goal plans. Full credit is given to those who put on the "best show", instead of the ones who actually put in the best work.

Advice to Management

Business knowledge, great work ethic, and experience should be considered when promoting into higher leadership.

I have been working at Target full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Salary, bonus and potential growth

    Cons

Really long hours, always increasing workload, very stressful job. Little to no work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Support your etls, and tl's that are running stores for you. Every year our resources are cut, yet we are still expected to deliver amazing results. It's very hard to even see the light at the end... No normal days at work- very high stress due to extreme amounts of responsibility.
