    Pros

Strong company culture, team oriented, nice attention to training, corporate headquarters full of talented people.

    Cons

Strong company culture can be hard for some to fit into, lots of political maneuvering, focus on fast pace lead to mistakes.

I worked at Target part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Some nice co-workers and good amount of breaks.

    Cons

You're never appreciated for the work you do. If you work in the Market sections, you usually work the entire section by yourself and there are only two shifts, open (6 AM) or close (Until 1030 or later). They will schedule you back to back for an close then and open shift. The hours are not flexible. You have to do your job at lightning speed at all times. The company is also too cheap to give you a decent employee discount, which is only 10% and you have to either pay in cash or use your redcard (an extra 5%).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better. Better pay, better employee discount, better hours.
