    I worked at Target part-time

    Pros

I can't speak for every Target, but the one I worked at was great. Wonderful people, and management who really cared. They were understanding and flexible with schedules. They recognize the effort you put into your job, and will reward you for it. A great environment, with some truly awesome people. I made lifelong friends working here.

    Cons

The pay sucks, but that's retail for you. It can be very stressful and hectic work (which isn't a problem for some, but still). Hours could be better too.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better pay and more hours is all I got for you.

I have been working at Target full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Excellent sense of interaction between the crew and people in charge. Enjoyed being able to get along with everyone every day.

    Cons

High rate of turnover in addition to many people not trusting the company after the big data breach. Good track for career development though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't get on your cashiers about pushing red cards.
