I have been working at Target

    Pros

Flexible schedule, very nice tight family, opportunity to move up, and the leaders show you how important you are to the team.

    Cons

Needs to work on communication sometimes, very lenient when it comes to call offs and team members acting out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management expects a lot from everybody in the team. Can be overwhelming at times, but in order for them to succeed they want you to succeed.
