    -Decent scheduling and hours
-Cashier is a super easy job and the registers are really easy to operate

    Cons

-Management team doesn't give enough feedback
-Ehr, their scheduling and other employee tools website, doesnt work on every computer like they say. I have to go down there anytime I need to check my schedule or change availability or anything
-Rude staff whom don't care to help new people

    Advice to Management

Give more feedback to employees and be more attainable to the staff

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    - Amazing culture
    - Development focused (360 degree - you also get to review your boss)
    - Fast-paced, leader in industry
    - Endless learning opportunities

    Cons

    - Non-exempt employees (i.e. merchandise specialists) are not always treated with as much respect and regard as exempt employees (those that start in the business analyst role)
    - HR pitches merchandise specialist role as a 'role that can take you anywhere' when in actuality there is no defined career path and you have to work very hard to get promoted / move to a new area
    - compensation should be higher / not competitive given the amount of work you actually do

    Advice to Management

    - You need to value and develop your merchandise specialists more and treat them like the asset that they are
