    I worked at Target

    Pros

Opportunities for advancement. I started out as a team member and was promoted several times. The experience that Target offers is generally accepted very well in the warehousing industry.
    Good benefits

    Cons

Long hours. Group Leaders and Team Leaders are expected to work 15h+ days.
It is very difficult for a woman to advance in a management role.
Senior leadership team is generally inexperienced and there is selective enforcement of the rules.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are trust issues between the SLT team and their subordinates. Fostering relationships based on trust will go a long way .

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
