Current Employee – been working at Targetbase
Pros – Fast paced place, you are never bored here.
Cons – You are punished for your knowledge, the more you know the tools that are used here, the more work you will get assigned to you, regardless if you have time enough to complete your tasks. Client Services always have the upper hand, regardless if they are right or wrong or who's fault it is, they will throw you under the bus and will have the engagement managers and directors on their side, ALWAYS, that gets old real quick and not professional behavior from Client Service a lot of times will get you aggravated.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your analyst and stop giving Client Services so much credit. They are humans and make a lot of mistakes and are overlooked. Technology is punished a lot because of client services mistakes.
