    Pros

    Good place to learn New products & Technologies in Telecommunications domain
    Good Pay package when you join, but bad increments.
    Work Freedom, can work in your way.

    Cons

    No Process.
    Extreme work pressure in certain departments.
    Management does not have a view of the Ground reality.
    Still government bureaucracy exists in the middle management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Should have a clear view of what is happening in each product verticals at bottom level. Because the information projected by middle management to the upper management about certain products & departments doesn't seem to be right.

    -work and personal life balance
    -Good IJP system
    -global growth options available
    -decent perks
    -lots of learning

    Cons

    - heirarchial system
    -age is given importance over relevant experience and skills possessed.
    -very top heavy
    -structure changes every year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    stabilise the changes in management. keep vision focussed and constant, make people accountable instead of just changing their roles at the last minute.
