Current Employee – been working at Tata Consultancy Services

Pros – Job Security & re-location all over country

Cons – Employees are treated badly..
No value for employees personal life, only motive of higher management is to make associates work like a machine work until they say take rest.
Un-Professional way of making employees to work in Saturday, Sundays and national holidays.
Less compensation, for the amout of work done by associates it is Peanuts.
Impossible deadlines for completing project with limitted number of resources
No adequate planning

Advice to Senior Management – Wake up!!!.

Be real in commiting deadlines.. At least have discussion with associates before commiting any timelines with clients..
