Easy culture, supportive people, good knowledge sharing. The performance expectations in TCS are pretty low so one can be assured of an easy life.

Cons

lack of meritocracy, complete absence of placing square peg in square holes and round peg in round holes (no match of job profile with individual competency), rampant mediocracy, dearth of right processes, poor compensation and more importantly lack of fair & transparent approach

Advice to Senior Management

It is too dependent on one person and the rest are mere order takers. please develop business skills, interpersonal skills, conceptual skills, organization skills and leadership skills in your leaders. Pls encourage dissent and have good people flourish in the organization.
