    Pros

    Job security is the only thing that keeps people in the company.

    Cons

    Bureaucratic.. The senior management do not understand the needs of a young workforce. The middle management encourages sycophancy and the senior management is medieval in their thiking.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get out of that Government office mindset ... The management needs to be transparent in everything they do and please remove that stupid dress code

    High job security with okiesh salary. HR policies are employee friendly. Easy to get into. Decent onsite opportunity. Gud brand name.

    Cons

    Random allocation of projects. Not much rewarding to high achievers. Learning ceases after few years. Middle level management lacks leadership skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Identify high achievers and give them sufficient incentives to stay behind and be future leaders. Introduce rating system where a person is rated both by his managers,people reporting to him,his collegues and client.
