- Disapproves of CEO
“Good for people with no ambitions”
Current Employee – been working at Tata Consultancy Services full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Job stability
Onsite chance after many years of hard work
Cons – Bureaucracy
Even though one works for 9 hours a day with full dedication, at appraisal time he will be made to feel that he did nothing for the company !
If you put in only 9 hours a day then you are not putting in extra effort
Basis is less with a big component as variable alowance which you never get since only 1% employees get A band and maybe 5 % get a B !
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees better and they will work better
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
