- Lots of opportunities available in the company, on technical, functional, managerial and any other area you can think of
- Option to switch to a different domain or industry to get more experience and exposure

Cons – - The way up is tough because of competition - don't let lost in the multitude

Advice to Senior Management – - Aligning associates goals not only with the current competencies, but also looking at the future will help the employee and also the organization in the long run
