Current Employee – been working at Tata Consultancy Services full-time for more than a year

Pros – You get to learn loads of new things if you are willing to. The have lots of training programs which can help you grow not only as a professional but also help in personal development.

Cons – They salary is not at par when one compares to other organizations. However they do provide opportunity to grow.

Advice to Senior Management – Not now but yes probably down the line when i get to understand some more bits of working environment of such a big organization. Then i think i will be in a better position to advice for now all i can say is just try to connect with the young employers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
