Current Employee – been working at Tata Consultancy Services full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Excellent opportunities for running your projects with complete empowerment for decision making. Varied technology, domain opportunities presented to individual
Cons – Salary structure and lower baseline salary for people with more experience
Not many opportunities for people beyond 10 years of experience
Advice to Senior Management – Change your flavour to treat experienced professionals as they are the ones who will make company profitable and those who act as brand ambassadors of the company
