    Pros

    Very good company for higher grade jobs.
    Good Client Satisfaction
    Extremely good job safety

    Cons

    Bad experience for many in Indian Clients & Government Projects.
    Poor Management in Local Projects.
    Certain HRs are totally non-interactive.
    Extremely poor appraisal methods. Even appraiser-appraisee discussions are not held.
    Annual Review Process is totally non-transparent

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please be connected to lower level employees, as middle level managers exploit a lot.
    There should be a clear transparency in the appraisal process.
