I worked at Tata Consultancy Services full-time for more than a year

Pros – will get ample opportunity to prove yourself and lot of scope of getting opportunity to work at onsite location after 2 years of work

Cons – Should have a good networking skills to get good rating in performance appraisal process and should be able to communicate your achievements clearly to management to get the recognition.

Advice to Senior Management – Bureaucracy should be completely eliminated for reducing attrition rate.
