    Cons

    Support Departments especially HR departments work in a sarkaari(bureaucratic) style. There is very less accountability and the employees have a tendency to cover up each other's mistakes rather then correcting them

    The support departments, especially HR department employees should understand their raison d'etre. They should understand how important their services are to the firm
