Cons

Salary,Poor promotion policies,No Policy transparency,RMG group is incapable,Ineeficient Sr project managers, Low Employee morale,No respect for employees from th HR,Dont care attitude,Short term mentality,Partiality based on region,language and some times college too!

Advice to Senior Management

Treat Employeesequally,Have transparency in Policies ,When getting some profit share and do not call Employees as assets for the sake of it
