I have been working at Tatum

Pros

The braintrust of the Tatum partners is exceptional. The partners have diverse experience in companies of all sizes and industries and the ability to tap into a peer group is an enormous benefit to an interim executive.

Cons

Needs to get past growing pains of the past two years with the acquisition and the transition in leadership. New President should help with that.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be proud of the amazing people and the great work we do for clients. We are by far the best and we should aggressively market that fact.

    I worked at Tatum

    Pros

Good work life , friendly environment, convenient location, team bonding activity for those that were interested, fair benefit package, regional based business model

    Cons

pay wasn't great but it paid the bills, no recognition from sr management because they were not sure of what they were doing, business model needs to be revamped, CEO is confused (Rich D'amaro), don't think he's sure of what he want to achieve, no clear goal...Economic downturn changed every employee to a sales person, we all had to start calling our contacts to get project for company..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need new ideas to make the company more functional, be more creative, identify solid performers makes them want to do more..get rid of the who you know syndrome
