I have been working at Tatum

Pros

The braintrust of the Tatum partners is exceptional. The partners have diverse experience in companies of all sizes and industries and the ability to tap into a peer group is an enormous benefit to an interim executive.

Cons

Needs to get past growing pains of the past two years with the acquisition and the transition in leadership. New President should help with that.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be proud of the amazing people and the great work we do for clients. We are by far the best and we should aggressively market that fact.
