None - they can't do it right

Cons

Bought companies it doesn't know how to run and destroyed them - chased off all the decent employees at all levels - is top heavy with management and can't keep people to do the actual work - doesn't understand the necessity of doing basic functions to maintain the background data and information needed to continue functioning

Advice to Senior Management

Get over your self and get to work - quit "doing meetings"
