Pros

Decent pay for an entry level part time job, and easy to get hired there. Work isn't particularly difficult and was okay throughout highschool. I made a fair bit of money and got good hours, without having to cook over a hot stove.

Cons

Work was tedious and you need to have a bit of a backbone. You spend hours just staring at the clock and time went by incredibly slowly. Upper management sometimes treats you like children. Hours were very unpredictable and some people would lose benefits because company did not give them enough hours. Not somewhere you want to work for a long time, but okay for students.

Advice to Senior Management

Get more in touch with the low level employees.
