Teach for America provides little support for teachers and does not challenge the corrupt status quo in public schools.

I have been working at Teach for America full-time for more than a year

Pros

It has noble intentions and seeks to use data more than other educational organizations.

Cons

It is hypocritical and spends more money on fancy fundraisers than sorely needed resources in the schools.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask corps members what problems they face on a day-to-day basis. Stop favoring corps members just because they come from a certain background or because they are the most vocal person in the room. Acknowledge and support quiet leaders.
