Pros

Casual enviroment that stresses the "work hard, play hard" mentality. Plenty to learn on the job and managment has solid individuals who are well versed in the day to day grind. If work needs to get done, then you take the time to complete it. Management is extremely flexible with employees and attire (unless it's a client meeting) is left up to each individual. They also take into consideration their employees and strive for the work/life balance that so many companies fail at.

Cons

Long hours at times, understaffed for some departments and being an Agency, you are at the mercy of the markets of your clients

Beware of each group and who/what resources are needed. Keep putting your employees first!
