I have been working at Team San Jose full-time

    Pros

There are a lot of perks. Free tickets to shows, concerts, monthly lunches, etc.
    Great co-workers.
Medical, Dental, 401K matching, PTO, Holidays.

    Cons

It is a place where it's not always what you know, but who you know. It can be very stifling and unsatisfying after a while. There are not a lot of opportunities to grow unless you're friends with the higher-ups.
Despite the name, not everyone works as a team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take another look at who is really putting in the hard work for you and reward them. a $5 gift-card does not cut it. They are the backbone and you should treat them well.

I worked at Team San Jose full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The wide variety of people you meet from the events that occur here is awesome. You also get to see some pretty intricate designs overall.

    Cons

There is almost no way to have any reliable mentoring. There was so much concern for the bottom line but so little on employee and staff development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop your staff. They want to work well for you; but treat them with respect and have a career path for them.
