Current Employee – been working at Tech Inc.

Pros – If you're actually trying to get laid off, you will find it to be quite hard. Management is very tolerant towards unproductive members. The HR department personnel is very nice, and they allow you to expense any number things when you're at the jobsite.

Cons – Management is not very strict with field personnel, hence allowing them to act immaturely and be extremely obnoxious to others. There is no formal training program once you first join the company; you literally need to figure things out on your own. If you don't ask for something to do, they won't give you anything to do, until they ask you about what you've been doing.

Advice to Senior Management – You're in dire need of an "immersion" program -a good 2-3 week training program for APMs. The program should help entry level APMs get familiar with the telecom industry, telecom infrastructure, office work, coordination work... the whole nine yards.
