“Great from extra curricular activities perspective but not so good from salaries and appraisals perspective”
I have been working at Tech Mahindra Limited full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Extra curricular activities
Meditation classes
Support provided to staff if they want to organize events
A humane work culture.
Cons – Salaries
Year end appraisals
Disbursement of salaries
HR policies
Still not in the category of an MNC. Still what we call a 'lala company'
Advice to Senior Management – Please focus on expansion rather than showing profits by cutting from salaries and teeny weeny expenses
