I worked at TechAspect full-time for more than a year

Pros

you might learn new things with no standards but may get chance to work with Good clients . . It's good for Freshers ,

Cons

they got good clients , but handling then and project mgnt is very poor ...and not even professional .people end up working for long hours but some managers are too greedy to consider efforts
