Pros

Comfortable environment, friendly co-workers, convenient location, great team work, super friendly supervisors, occasional holiday work parties, special holiday mini-gifts, cool break room + vending machines!

Cons

Small company, sometimes have to stay overtime when working with high priority issues, will get kind of stressful when it is near the end of fiscal year end.

Doing government contract work means being at the whim of the agency that contracts the work, meaning the risk of layoffs is always hanging overhead.
