“Lots of potential that will never be realized”

Pros – Great work - life balance
Excellent benefits
Cons – No vision
No accountability
Creativity and "get 'er done" attitude is not rewarded
No consistency in decision-making process
Very political environment
Advice to Senior Management – Times are changing... speed up and embrace it or die. TechSmith makes cool products but lacks an overall lack of how to operate in non-1985 times.
