Nutrient deficient

ProsStarting and end-dates were very defined. Information on the type of contract that was to be filled was provided up front for consideration and determination of taking the contract or not.

ConsIn experienced in dealing with client's expectation of processes.
Unaware of the client's need for thorough documentation being provided on a weekly basis.
Hyper sensitive in resolving on-site issues when working remotely.
Not checking or taking the time to see if contractors are actually meeting the target from their perspective.

Advice to Senior ManagementA virtual office only goes so far.
Get to the site and be part of the process showing more than a just an anonymous face never seen. The client never saw any cohesion of contractor to company.
A positive relationship starts at the company and spreads out to the contractor to show the client they picked the right firm for supplying a body.
