    I worked at Technicolor

    Pros

    They offer competitive salary comparing to others; Work hours is flexible; There is annual company activity for people to relax and talk to each other;

    Cons

    there is no office for any engineer, just cubes which are very close to each other so that sometimes it is not quiet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If possible, it would be great to set up office for engineers. And it would be good to adjust the policy of financial support for technical conference attendance.

    C Level management is absentee, Olive St is just evil, can't build a product, this is a dying company.

    I have been working at Technicolor

    Pros

    Many designers and engineers are excellent. Paid me well and allowed me to build the team I wanted.

    Cons

    Company has no vision, strategy, does no due diligence, has no transparency. Olive St has spent upwards of 40M over the past two years and continues to lie about scalability. C Level is too desperate and dumb to know better. You can't' fire French employees even when they fail to deliver. It goes on and on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire the C Level, anyone from Alacatel Lucent, and Olive St managers. Sell everything except the film side of company. Let Technicolor go back to what it did best.
