    Pros

Flexible working environment, with non-beuraucratic environment - good to be part of a global leading company who demonstrate continued growth in an ever challenging market climate

    Cons

Headed from the US, localisation of some products and service are necessary for alignment with UK market segments

    I worked at Technicolor

    Pros

Used to be a monument in the movie industry. Few companies are in the dictionnary.

    Cons

Management in Canada has no plan but to react to crisis situation. The employees mean nothing. Everything is given to the client.
Must say that from what I've been told,Technicolor Toronto is still a better place than Technicolor Montreal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actual people are pushing the buttons and stay late to finish a job they're proud to do.
