I have been working at Technip full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

I have been able to extend my Supplier´s new contract and the network around the world has become critical for the Project where the deadline dates for the deliveries are the main focus for the Project success.

    Cons

The new challenges of Brazilian market in the oil and gas have been to keep on track all the Planning and to be able to accomplish the main deadlines as stipulated in the beginning of the project. No claims from Petrobras are being accepted and approved anymore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Current market really requires Procurement to be more pro-active each day. Having a better understanding and a comprehensive knowledgement of the are you are dealing with are essencial to reach the budget and the company planning.
