I have been working at Technip full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I really like to work at Technip. I clearly see opportunity to grow and develop my career here. I can look to the future and see myself working here for the next 20 years! We have big challenges ahead!

    Cons

Need to improve career communications/discussions between employees and managers, because the managerial team has information that they don't share with employess.
The performance management appraisal "does not work" and is the main reason for employees "non motivation".
Decision making is burocratic, slow and sometimes people are not engaged due to "non motivation".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers are not prepared to support employees career development.

I have been working at Technip full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

If you wish to, there is plenty of room for developing creative ideas on projects. It is very interesting and very often remunerative.

    Cons

Despite a huge effort in annual performance appraisal of employees, career development might seem a bit randomic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Challenge the actual key persons where we are not performing at our targets; look for internal winners that might be hidden by their actual role or by their direct manager.
