I have been working at Technisource full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Could work from home sometimes

Cons

My department god laid off twice when I was there, the company was sold twice, my health insurance alone costs me around 550 dollars a month and that is just for myself. The PTO is not good. There is no advancement for anyone I have met. There are no benefits to working there a prolonged period of time. You get no extra PTO or anything.

Care more about your employees

    You could get placed in a good location?

    Cons

    Recruiters do NO follow-up on recruits, company does NOT address issues properly

    Advice to Management

    Start interacting more with the low-level employees because without them you can't get or keep contracts, monitor your off-site managerial staff more, and provide more support to low-level employees.
