I have been working at Technisource full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Could work from home sometimes

Cons

My department god laid off twice when I was there, the company was sold twice, my health insurance alone costs me around 550 dollars a month and that is just for myself. The PTO is not good. There is no advancement for anyone I have met. There are no benefits to working there a prolonged period of time. You get no extra PTO or anything.

    Pros

    They have been able to locate a couple of positions for me.

    Cons

    Local office seems to have a high turn-over rate. Lots of 'newbies' working there. Seems more like I have to tell them what they need to provide me. (Contract, dates, benefits information....)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There must be some reason there is such high turn-over rate. I know of one employee that went back to work in your office... but it seems that quite a few of your office personnel left.
