I have been working at Technisource full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with.

    Cons

The company would sell out it's employees to cover it's own internal politics. Contracts are sold with no real ability to deliver services properly. A symbolism over substance mentality is very pervasive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have better controls in place for mid-managment of services to be the last word on whether services sold can actually be delivered. Stay away from firing low level employees as a way to gloss over contractual short-comings.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
