Small company everyone knows each other and supports one another.

Employees can be stifled, and passed over for promotions

Advice to Management

Take a look at who you have within your team before offering positions to others with impressive resumes, that wont or cant deliver results

    Pros

    The company does a great job at promoting from within. However, It can be based off of "favoritism."

    Cons

    The company lacks trust and communication, which makes an employee not feel valued. The mission is confusing. It feel more like a bank than a credit union. Its very confusing if we are not all on the same page.

    Advice to Management

    Follow through and communicate with your staff. if you say something will happen, follow through with your promises.

    Pros

    There was often good team work on the front line. Many individuals went above and beyond to assist customers as well as each other.

    Cons

    This organization got some what distracted by trying to become a bank instead of focusing on being the best credit union they can be at all times in this market.

    Advice to Management

    Do a more thorough job of listening to front line staff. They are the ones interacting most directly with your customers. The can tell you what you need to be doing, if you listen.
