The amount of exposure one gets at Technopak is unmatched and the company has completely flat organisation structure where knowledge is shared within the company at amazing rate. It is fun working at Technopak.

They may not be the best pay masters however the opportunity one gets working here is really nice.

It is a great learning experience but very poor treatment to senior people

Current Employee - Vice President in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    Pros

You learn a lot. You get to work with great people. You get a good exposure and get polished. You get great respect from the industry. It is in a nut shell - a great sabbatical.

    Cons

There is too much politics driven from top. No appreciation or understanding of great work done. Always trying to exert negative pressure to get the job done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should reach out to the alumni and embrace their suggestions. Be more open minded.

Current Employee - Associate Vice President in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    Pros

Quick appreciation for a job done well and encouragement to be a self sufficient resource. Career progression can be very fast if you are able to prove your abilities.

    Cons

One needs to be an independant resource by honing his skills by adapting to the environment on his own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management should deal with the defaulters more strictly, especially those trying to malign the name of the company.
