well structured office
job security
simple 8.30-5.30 schedule,no significant overtime
nice office space
great co-workers, no divas

Cons

micromanaged, with 10+ years experience you're still reporting every hour to your supervisor
you feel like a production person, no matter your job title
no space for talents with new ideas, ok for "yes man"
benefits limited to 15 paid vacation/sick days
no flexible schedule or leave of absence
promotions are just a chnage in the job title, do not really change anything in your resposnibilities or salary

more flexible schedule
more benefits
employees should feel important with tangible incentives not with just "good job" words.

    I learn a lot in the beginning, but it is really nothing to learn now and work load is crazy.

    Pros

    Firm is reasonable in regards to overtime and pretty stable.

    Cons

    Job is boring, dress code and firm policy sometimes funny. How you look is more important than you professional qualities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It will be wonderful if TMA hire people for manager position that acquire great professional qualities not just professional look.

    Pros

    Great co-workers. Beautiful office. Impressive clients.

    Cons

    Micromanaged is an understatement
    Hours used to be better and staff used to be appreciated more. It's now too stressful for employees to feel as though they are doing a good and thorough job before being pushed into something else
    Unnessesarily stressful environment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Times are better, hire more employees and remind those who have been through these rough times that their hard work is valued.
