    Pros

Amazing, talented, hilarious coworkers with supportive management if you're responsible, respectful, and know what you're doing. There is some room for growth as a person though not so much career wise. It's a great stepping stone. There are great health, vision, and dental benefits.

    Cons

Pay is not great by any stretch. There is no formal training, which does not work for lot of people and discourages some. There is a lot of "we are working on this problem," and seemingly simple solutions take very long times to execute, often requiring someone up the ladder to make a huge enough blunder that higher-still management is like "oh, okay, we should've listened to so and so or done x y and z back then."

    Advice to Management

Make changes faster- make it your business to do that. There is such wonderful and inspiring rhetoric floating down but the actions take forever. Pay people what they're worth and don't take advantage of workhorses.

  2. You need to make something out of it, as management won't help you with this thing called a "career"

    Pros

You meet a lot of great people and if you're willing to learn can pick up some amazing skills.

    Cons

Management is a joke - it's a mixture of micromanagement, and each of your multiple managers not knowing what the other one has said. They constantly contradict and use you as a middle man, which as an employee at a company that fires large groups of people every few months - it's a little disturbing. Fear of speaking out or trying to make positive change, as the few who have tried that beforehand have been mysteriously fired under unclear circumstances.

Service management is more interested in passing work off and sitting at a desk, avoiding customers, than helping their staff. You're basically on your own and have to claw for anything.

    Advice to Management

Find new management, actually attempt to train people, make the employees feel valued and that they can grow with the job.
