Advice to Senior Management
Create more innovative solutions that help our customers to reduce costs and improve their delivery of services to their customers. At home, I am a customer of Verizon. I recently needed to change my phone lines and high speed internet services. The whole process was lengthy and required hours of phone calls with Verizon customer service. Telcordia has a great opportunity to re-engineer and improve this process for Verizon providing better service to Verizon's customers and reducing Verizon's costs.
