    I worked at TelePacific Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    uncapped commissions
    relaxed vibe (no ties for guys)
    leant when you produce numbers

    Cons

    *new hire training in vegas all outside sales reps take and all trainings in LA,SAC or Vegas--they expect you to buy your own flight and hotel and then they reimburse you 30-60 days later.
    *they say they win business from Cbeyond and AT&T all the time but they do not.
    Shady sales practices--how they get a decision maker on the phone and how they get competitor info
    *they do not match 401k
    *no company phone provided
    *no mobile broadband provided
    *old - clunky laptop provided
    *no company provided tablet/ipad

    Be side by side with your account exec's for 60 days
    Help manage side by side the sales funnel
