    Pros

The below-average pay and good benefits arent worth working in the STL office. Perhaps HQ in LA and other branches are better, but STL is a definite no-go.

    Cons

TPAC sells a commodity, so the only way they can be competitive with the other carriers is by overworking their people and under compensating them. I worked there are a long time and they were never able to articulate a coherent business plan or vision for the future. Reason? The conjectural consensus is that TPAC isnt planning on being around much longer, they'll sell themselves off in pieces.
