I worked at TeleTech part-time (more than an year)

Pros

TeleTech had good rewards for the employees, but more on a who have the most years and experience . In my opinion , I like working with this company.

Cons

I can't agree with they rate your proformance policy. shift bitting was also something I disagree with.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management , let employees commit to one shift and not switch shift every couple months. It wolud not be resonable for most of the employees home life with children or elderly parents.

    work at home, and very nice people to work with

    Cons

    changing too much before getting things working and expected a lot from you for not so much in return, and tech never took responsibility for anything that went wrong.

    get things working good first before changing to something new

    Pros

    Benefits are good.
    They train you for everything.
    Support and Management are always close by
    Variety of shifts available to work.

    Cons

    Company is run on metrics and the only metric that matters is sales
    No raises (ever)
    Rebidding shifts can cause strife if you have a family and your schedule suddenly changes.
    Company motivates with fear. Do good at sales nothing else matters, excel at customer service and youll be scared of losing your job every month

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Balance out the metrics instead of it being 90% sales and 10% everything else. You lose allot of great employees because of the lack of perceived value for Services focused employees.
