Call Center from home

able to swap schedules with co-workers

Conscall center qa--only concerned abt call time
pay is low
hours and schedule keep changing
Training does not prepare you for calls or systems--thrown right into the line of fire.They call it OJT.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees want to have consistency and higher pay rate to remain competitive. Also, customers have no idea representatives are rewarded based on average call time and survey. It doesn't seem to matter how effectively agents assist the customers. It is not possible to talk to a customer for only four minutes and accurately solve their problems with typing detailed notes.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Pros: Always hiring, good place to work if your probation requires gainful employment.
