I have been working at TeleTech part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Working here makes me feel confident because I dont have someone looking over my shoulder. I feel in control and able to do a better job. There is also opportunity to add new skills very quickly if you do your very best in your current skill. The shifts are short and sweet which is great for me.

Cons

Technical and system issues but its not horrible nor frequent unless its your computer or internet.

Advice to Management

A better pay rate, benefits and an opportunity to work full time if you need it.

    Loved my project, flexible hours and It's a good place to build experience.

    They do not give raises.

    People, CC's and TL's Loved my project Got along with mid-level employees

    Cons

    Ramped way too soon, now it takes too long to get to agents, called and put in que for 15 mins...WHERE ARE ARE ALL THOSE AGENTS NOW!!!!

    Advice to Management

    Look at the good employees and keep them...get rid of the ones who are bogging you down...ask employees (CC's) who is performing and who is not
