    Learning things that are of current practice in the west and adapted here in Asia especially in the field of human capital development.

    Not so much movement in the hierarchy and learning opportunities to the rank and file.

    Pros

    There are things to be learned here, some cool products and know how. Depending on location, opportunity to meet nice hard working people.

    Cons

    Not the best place to exercise your creativity and growth potential at Corp level is quite limited. Very Corp driven decision making process impacting the field's ability to perform, specially at delivery locations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Embrace the talent from the field and create and promote a more culturally diverse leadership team to boost global delivery capabilities.
