TeleTech Employee Review
TeleTech – “It's a great place to be -from-”

It's a global company - stick around, and you'll get plenty of opportunities to work with people around the world. You also get exposure to lots of technologies, as well as the chance to (re?)invent ways to do things and solve problems, so the resume improvements are all around if you just work for it.
Cons
It's a global company - stick around and you'll get plenty of opportunities to take a hit for a problem on a "thing" you didn't even know existed, yet it was your responsibility to know about it and take ownership. You also get exposure to lots of technologies, but never really time to learn them well because of the need to launch them quickly for a short-notice project. And the chances to (re?) invent ways only exist because the focus on launching projects quickly - for what it's worth, an artifact of previous leadership - sacrificed doing projects well and reliably for the sake of that speed; as a result, many things lack redundancy and documentation, and those environments that have documentation are woefully outdated.
Advice to Senior Management
You cannot hire smart people, run the teams lean and mean, yet pay them below industry average. This will lead to burnout and, when (not if!) the economy turns around, there will be a mass exodus, and many teams and many projects will be left in a lurch. Treat us now like you want us to treat you when it is an employee's, not an employer's, market.
