TeleTech – “Not that bad”

Pros

I have worked for TeleTech for 5 years and although I have heard horror stories, they have always treated me well.

Cons

TeleTech pays less than a lot of local employers and there is a vast lack of loyalty both from employees and the employer.

Advice to Senior Management

Take care of the employees you have...move away from the "every employee is replaceable" mentality.
